Thank you for choosing Carolina PPG. We take pride in providing high-quality powered paragliding equipment and training services.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Carolina PPG, including but not limited to equipment, training, deposits, event registrations, and merchandise, are final sale and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed or payment is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.

Manufacturer Warranty

Equipment purchased through Carolina PPG is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer.

If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect:

The item may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Carolina PPG will assist customers with warranty claims and coordination with the manufacturer when applicable.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper operation, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications.
