Everything two people need to talk to each other in the air. The Micro Avionics tandem setup links two PM-100 Bluetooth headsets with the tandem intercom lead, so pilot and passenger have a clear, full-time intercom from launch to landing.

Choose your option

• Tandem Pair — 2 Headsets + Link Lead. The complete two-person system. Two PM-100 Bluetooth headsets and the tandem intercom lead. Start here if you are buying from scratch.
• Add One Headset + Link Lead. Already own a PM-100? This adds a second headset for your passenger, plus the lead to join them together.
• Link Lead Only. Already own two PM-100 headsets? This is the lead that connects them.

How the tandem intercom works

The tandem intercom lead (part MP008) plugs into the auxiliary socket on each PM-100 headset. Both crew can then talk normally throughout the flight — the intercom is open all the time, so there is no button to press between the two of you. No battery, no radio, no setup.

• Full-time open intercom between pilot and passenger
• Pilot keeps normal radio use and Bluetooth phone or music while the intercom stays live
• Locking bayonet plugs at both ends for a secure connection in flight
• No power required — the lead runs off the headsets
• Side Tone lets you hear your own voice, so you speak normally instead of shouting

Each headset mounts to a CE-marked safety helmet, sold separately. Let us know which radio you fly with and we will supply the correct radio lead.
